Purpose of the role


The main purpose of the role is to act as an expert in the knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, and how they operate in the Success Factors (PeoplePoint) environment. The SME’s main responsibilities concentrate around data and process quality, system testing and training, improvements, data reporting and analytics, as well as assisting the business with solving system and process exceptions and errors, 2nd level technical support, change management and process documentation management.


Main responsibilities and tasks


  • Ensuring data quality in the system, resolving exceptions or errors from incorrect data input Technical understanding of the platform and data structure 
  • Supporting/Driving implementation of Success Factors modules or any other change and/or improvement initiatives, also acting as Process and Systems expert and a change agent accordingly
  • Conducting testing, training and preparing documentation for new features in releases including documentation drafting, publishing on Intranet and maintenance
  • Providing reporting and analytics for personnel and organizational data (in cooperation with Process and Systems Analyst in SuccessFactors), as well as technical support in reporting, dashboard and data analytics configuration
  • Assisting in technical aspects of business data setup, rules configuration and managing workflow as well as role creation and access modification, including data cleanup
  • Training and supporting of H2R team members and HR Managers globally
  • Acting as a 2nd line support for Incidents and Requests related to SuccessFactors (People Point) system and platform
  • Investigating and solving incidents if possible and escalating to Process Owner Team / IT teams / 3rd line / Vendor support if necessary 
  • Providing trend analysis for all reported incidents, preparing and conducting technical training for relevant support groups -Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (phone/Skype/mail)
  • Performing activities in line with defined processes, SOPs, and Code of Conduct
  • Responsible for the analysis, verification and documentation of the RfC (Request for Change)


Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar environment is a must
  • Master/Bachelor’s degree, with preference on Human Resources
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end HR processes
  • Excellent understanding of respective HR processes in scope
  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of at least 1 HR system
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • English at C1/C2 
  • Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze and establish key patterns and deviations in data
  • Positive attitude towards working with people
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work individually as well as in the team
