Purpose of the role

The main purpose of the role is to deliver timely HR support of highest quality to Employees, Managers and HR BPs. The main areas include Hirings, Job Changes, Leaves of Absence, Additional Payments, Benefits, Terminations. H2R Specialist also provides navigational support in SuccessFactors.


Your job and key responsibilities



  • Performing transactional activities in HR systems for Employees & External Contractors (hirings, job changes, terminations, etc.) according to the requirements of the payroll calendar 
  • Providing quality responses to queries and requests raised by Employees, Managers and HR BPs within agreed SLAs in respective case management systems through email and phone
  • Supporting business with simple reporting 
  • Maintaining personal and organizational data in HR systems 
  • Creating contracts of employment and work addendums
  • Engaging in knowledge management with help from others, by updating relevant Work Instructions, HR Forms, etc.
  • Understanding simple concepts of customer service 
  • Proposing simple process improvement ideas


Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations delivered in multinational environment 
  • Master/Bachelor degree with preference on Human Resources
  • Good understanding of end to end payroll delivery 
  • Good understanding of respective HR processes in scope
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintaining data in HR SAP 
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Visio, Excel 
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors/Workday will be an asset
  • English - at least B2 level is a must (another European language is welcome)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines 
  • Ability to work individually as well as in the team
  • Very good interpersonal skills 
  • Willingness to challenge people on different levels in the organization 
  • Openness
