Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

In this role, you will be working with our Global IT Service Desk team, supporting our IT Specialists in their daily tasks, and delivering IT support to Lundbeck employees. Your role will include resolving standard IT service requests and incidents working with system access management and basic configuration tasks. You will have a chance to learn how to provide local IT support to employees in our Krakow office, including hardware management and support for AV equipment.

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is a part of corporate functions and a strategic part of Lundbeck, global pharmaceutical company specializing in brain diseases.

As our Intern, you will join the multicultural Team of IT Supporters located in Krakow and Singapore who provide IT support to Lundbeck globally. This is a unique chance to become part of a dedicated Team, develop your IT skills and collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

The knowledge exchange within the department is an ongoing process, and everyone is encouraged both to take part in and contribute to it. We want our employees to learn more and support them when they aim to improve their skills. This is part of our dedication to continuous improvement.

What you bring to the team

• Currently studying
• Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with the intention to continue a career in Lundbeck
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of Windows operating system, Office package and iOS devices
• Good communication skills in direct contact and support for users (B2 level of English)
• Strong motivation to gain experience in IT, as well as engagement and focus on achieving goals
