Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

 

In this role, you will be an essential part of our Global IT Service Desk team, supporting IT Specialists in delivering high-quality IT support to Lundbeck employees worldwide. You will gain hands-on experience by resolving standard IT service requests, managing system access, and performing basic configuration tasks. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and provide local IT support, including hardware management and assistance with AV equipment.

Lundbeck GBS Kraków is part of our corporate functions and serves as a strategic hub within Lundbeck - a global pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of people living with brain diseases.

 

As our IT Intern, you will join a diverse and collaborative team of IT Supporters based in Kraków, providing IT support to colleagues across the globe. You will be part of a vibrant learning culture, where your ideas and contributions are valued. Our focus is on helping you develop your IT expertise, while fostering strong collaboration and knowledge sharing with peers worldwide.

 

What you bring to the team

 

  • Student status: You’re currently studying and available for at least 30 hours per week.
  • Career motivation: You’re eager to continue your career journey with Lundbeck after the internship.
  • Technical skills: You’re tech-savvy, with a good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and iOS devices.
  • Language skills: You have strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Learning mindset: You’re curious, motivated, and passionate about developing your skills in the IT field.
  • Attention to detail: You take pride in delivering quality service and maintaining high standards.
  • Problem-solving ability: You enjoy analyzing challenges and finding practical, effective solutions.
  • Positive attitude: You bring enthusiasm, openness, and a willingness to learn to everything you do.
