In this role you will support Lundbeck employees and external consultants by handling the reported IT service requests and incidents.

 

Meet the team

As IT intern, you will join a multicultural team, distributed between 3 different locations (Europe, Asia-Pacific, US). It is a unique chance to became part of a dedicated team, develop your IT and communication skills, and collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders from around the globe.
 
What is the challenge?

Your key responsibilities as IT Interns will be:

  • Fulfill IT service requests reported via Self Service Portal and/or e-mails
  • Resolve IT incidents reported via e-mail
  • Performing activities in line with defined processes, SOPs, KPI’s and according to knowledge articles in Knowledge Management database 
  • Performing user and access administration tasks in platforms such: Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, SAP, Lundbeck Applications
  • Provide great customer support via email and chat

  
To be successful in this role, your experience should include:

  • Currently studying any university degree (IT related field will be an advantage; however, programming skills are not required)
  • Preferably member of university forum or with experience in the university international exchange programs
  • English B2 is a must
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 applications
  • Other IT knowledge such SharePoint or Network is an advantage
  • B2 level of a second language: Danish/French/Italian/Spanish is an advantage
  • Strong motivation to gain experience in IT field
  • Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
  • Proactive attitude towards challenges and problem solving
  • Time management and prioritizing skills
  • Communication skills
  • Team player
