IT Platform Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft specialist that takes pride in supporting all levels of the organization and can take a deep dive into the O365 space for both incident handling and development projects. The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?
You will become part of a dedicated team that will assist in the administration, support and development of enterprise-level Microsoft SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Microsoft Viva and other Microsoft 365 services, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Assignments will also include maintenance of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content like Pages, Power Automate workflows, permissions, and access rights.
A very broad scope that enables innovative use of obtained experiences, but also brings opportunities to learn, expand and refine all skills of IT Integration and collaboration across functions and geography.
Your future team
You will be part of a growing team, located in GBS Krakow, called IT Process Delivery, doing IT Change Management and IT Operations. The department is a part of the Global IT Operations, headed from Copenhagen.
What you bring to the team
- Great capabilities and experience in PowerApps + PowerAutomate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
- Experience with other supporting technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure etc.
- Experience in support models and processes, building documentation and knowledge in working with third parties
- University Degree in IT related field
- Microsoft Certifications
