Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Global IT Service Desk team, providing essential IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide. You will handle incoming IT service requests and incidents, ensuring a swift resolution and the prompt restoration of normal operations with minimal disruption to the business. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of IT projects, enhancing our global IT infrastructure and user experience.

Lundbeck GBS Kraków is part of our corporate functions and a strategic hub within Lundbeck - a global pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of people living with brain diseases.

 

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will join our multicultural IT Support team in Kraków, providing IT support to Lundbeck employees across the globe. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a dedicated and collaborative team, develop your technical expertise, and work closely with international colleagues and stakeholders.

 

You will also have the chance to take part in diverse IT projects, further expanding your skills while contributing to our continuous digital development. What you bring to the team 

  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT end-user support, ideally within an international Service Desk environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level in both).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • You are curious and eager to learn, always striving to expand your technical and professional skills.
  • You perform well under pressure and maintain a calm, service-oriented approach even in challenging situations.
