The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?
The main purpose of the role is to support our specialists in processing and validating the incoming financial documents. You will also complete various ad hoc tasks. You will learn how AP Teams contribute to the Finance department’s overall goal.
Your future team
As our Intern, you will be part of a team that consists of around 18 people and is responsible for a few service areas like Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense and Procurement Operations. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations and every day we support our colleagues from around the world in reaching the aim of making Lundbeck #1 in Brain Health. Our office is in Kraków. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we also make time to have fun together.
What you bring to the team
- Currently studying
- Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with the intention to continue a career in Lundbeck
- Very good English (min B2)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance
- Effective time management, accuracy and detail orientation, as well as reliability
- Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
- Good communication skills
