Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As our Intern in Data Analytics Office under Service Excellence & Innovation department, you will support the team in improving and automating business processes through data-driven solutions. You will work with Excel and VBA to simplify daily tasks, build smart tools, and support decision-making with meaningful insights.
This is a great opportunity to develop both your analytical and creative problem-solving skills – we see automation not only as a technical task, but also as a creative way of rethinking how work gets done. You will collaborate with different stakeholders, respond to real business needs, and see the direct impact of your work.
You will be encouraged to explore new ideas, challenge existing ways of working, and continuously learn – all while contributing to initiatives that support Lundbeck’s mission of improving the lives of people living with brain diseases.
Your future team
You will join the Data Analytics Office team based in Krakow, working in an international and collaborative environment. Our team focuses on improving processes, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting the business with data and insights.
We are a team that values curiosity and open thinking – we like to question how things are done and look for better solutions. At the same time, we take ownership of our work and support each other in delivering high-quality results.

What you bring to the team
- You are a student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analysis, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Economics or similar).
- You have a good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables; entry VBA level).
- You are comfortable working with data and have an analytical mindset.
- You communicate confidently in English.
- You are curious and eager to learn, always looking for better and smarter ways of working.
- You take accountability for your tasks and follow through on your commitments.
- You are adaptable and open to change, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- You enjoy creative problem-solving and are not afraid to propose new ideas.
