Your new role – why is this a great opportunity? 

As our next Junior Talent Attraction Specialist, you will support recruitment processes by performing various administrative tasks and supporting senior team members in the sourcing and screening of candidates. Under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, you’ll learn more about international recruitment and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.  

Your work plays an important role in ensuring that we provide a positive candidate experience and timely, professional support for hiring managers. 

The role is based in Krakow, Poland. 

  

 

Your future team 

You will join a truly international Talent Attraction team of 13 dedicated colleagues working across borders – 5 in Copenhagen and 8 in Krakow. You will work closely with individual team members in both locations to ensure that we meet our hiring needs.  

In Talent Attraction, we collaborate closely with global and local leaders and other teams within People Services. We appreciate good relationships within the team and value cooperation with each other.  

  

 

What you bring to the team 

You’re motivated by an interest in people, and you have an interest in recruitment and a desire to learn more. You are fluent in English (C1) and have a university degree. 

In addition, we imagine that you are:

  • Detail-oriented 

  • Service-minded 

  • Proactive  

  • Collaborative 

 

Your colleagues would describe you as a reliable and supportive team member who is not afraid to pick up a phone and call candidates. You should also be comfortable prioritizing in a dynamic environment with changing schedules and ad-hoc tasks.
