Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As our Manufacturing Financial Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality and efficient cost reporting related to production throughout the controlling cycle. You will be responsible for financial planning and controlling of production entities at both local and consolidated level, including actuals and budget reporting, while also supporting quarterly estimates and long-term planning.
You will monitor key financial aspects of product costing, manufacturing costs, inventory levels, cost structures and operational KPIs. The role will also give you the opportunity to lead and participate in strategic projects within Production Finance and collaborate with stakeholders across the production organization.
Your future team
You will join Accounting to Reporting and work as part of the Production Finance Team Manufacturing, a team of 15 colleagues.
The team works across different departments, processes, systems and functions, creating an environment where effective cooperation and continuous improvement are important parts of our daily work. In your role, you will contribute to improvement initiatives and build effective business partnerships with key stakeholders from the production area.
What you bring to the team
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis or controlling within a manufacturing company, combined with experience in financial controlling and business partnering.
- Sound knowledge of International Accounting Standards and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with data mining and ERP/reporting systems, including SAP BO, BW and BI, as well as MS Office, particularly Excel.
- English at B2/C1 level.
You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders and use sound judgement to make informed decisions. You take ownership of your responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative environment and improvement initiatives.

Annual base salary range:174 100 - 239 470 PLN gross.
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
