With constantly growing supports needs of our Modern Workplace platform, we are currently looking for an independent process and technical expert for Lundbeck’s Microsoft 365 services, who will help us build and drive excellent support operations, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
You will be responsible for providing general day-to-day 2nd line operational support to end-users, related to Lundbeck Microsoft O365 services and platform. Your role will cover advisory about optimal use of Lundbeck Microsoft services including technical understanding of the platform, data structure and integrations. In-depth knowledge of the MS365 solution will enable you to participate in various projects and platform-related initiatives. We also look forward to your contribution in identifying and driving the implementation of any improvements that help maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of support activities, in collaboration with Global IT stakeholders.
Your future team
You will be part of newly established Team, cooperating closely with IT Service Desk based in GBS Krakow, IT Solution architects, support partners and 3rd party Vendors. You will have a unique chance to shape your role in a vibrant environment.
What you bring to the team

Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (3 + years)

Experience in support and working knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive

Experience with other supporting technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure etc.

Ability to keep up to date with changing technical environment, renaming and new features within the Microsoft solutions landscape.

Experience in support models and processes, building documentation and knowledge in working with third parties.
