Paralegal
We are looking for a new Paralegal to join our team! In this role, you will work with contracts supporting Lundbeck’s global research and development activities, collaborating closely with lawyers, scientists, and business stakeholders across the organisation.
If it sounds like you, why don’t you join Lundbeck in Krakow, a certified Great Place to Work and Poland’s Best Employer, and get your brain in the game?
The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?
You will be joining an international team of lawyers and paralegals and play an important role in supporting Lundbeck’s R&D activities. Our team works closely with Lundbeck’s scientists and other specialists on a broad range of agreements, including research agreements, license agreements, consultancy agreements, confidentiality agreements, and more.
As a Paralegal, you will contribute by supporting contract drafting and review, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling certain contract types and amendments independently. You will also be involved in improving templates, guidelines, and internal processes.
Your future team
You will be joining the team called “R&D Legal” which is part of Life Science & Business Development, and ultimately a part of the overall Global Legal & Compliance department.
The department consists of about 80 colleagues world-wide. When fully staffed, your immediate team has 6 members, with 3 based in Kraków and 3 in Copenhagen. We often work independently on contracts, but also prioritize knowledge sharing, continuously improving our processes, and working together to become even better.
The team has a friendly atmosphere, and we try to meet for social events, team meetings and 1:1 meetings as often as possible. Finally, we understand and respect that people have a life outside work. Free time is valuable and working hours should be flexible to accommodate that.
The position is based in Kraków, Poland.
