Payroll Coordinator  

 

We are looking for a focused and responsible Payroll Coordinator with knowledge and expertise in payroll, who will help assure correctness of all payroll related tasks on a monthly basis for European countries.

The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity? 

 

You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery of payroll process for relevant Business Areas, so Lundbeck employees can be paid correctly and on time.  

 

You will be responsible for statutory activities in order to make sure Lundbeck is compliant.  

  

Your future team 

 

As Payroll Coordinator, you will join payroll team in Hire to Retire Department. The team consists of 8 people who take care of altogether 20 entities.  

  

What you bring to the team 

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll delivery for multiple countries and cooperation with the payroll vendors 

  • English C1 

  • Advanced understanding of end-to-end payroll delivery 

  • Experience in HR operations delivered in multinational environment and in maintaining data in HR SAP (experience with Success Factors would be an asset), as well as knowledge of Microsoft suite 

  • Vendor management experience 

  • Continuous improvement drive supported by concrete examples
