Meet the team 

As People Data & Analytics SME you will be responsible for maintaining global HR data reporting and analytics in Lundbeck, including system and data maintenance, as well as suggesting the best use of HR data in agreement with the global strategy. You will be also responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and presenting HR data and reports, identifying errors and advising on solutions. The role also involves managing ad-hoc data analytics questions and queries received from the business. What is more, you will take part in global data and analytics projects that further leverage the technology in this area.

 

What is the challenge? 

  • Analyzing appropriate data and preparing periodical reports and dashboards for the following areas:

          - Employee Satisfaction Survey , Organizational Review, My Performance

          - Compensation and Benefits
          - Board of Directors quarterly reporting
          - Headcount reporting
          - D&I

  • Preparing ad hoc reports as required
  • Maintaining SAC and relevant SAP SuccessFactors elements concerning reporting
  • Suggesting the best use of HR data to identify trends, patterns, issues and concerns that should be highlighted to HR and Business Leaders in agreement with the strategy
  • Actively participating in local and global projects within HR data analytics and reporting areas
  • Verifying the data used in the reports, and cooperating closely with the SMEs to ensure high data quality
  • Streamlining data collection process, reducing manual intervention, and leveraging technology
  • Occasional travel days may happen

 

To be successful in this role, your experience should include 

  • Strong attention to detail and data quality and a strong drive to use data to answer business questions
  • Analytical thinking
  • Taking ownership for the process in scope
  • Strong communication skills
  • Drive to develop in data analytics area
  • CI mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in organizing, collecting and interpreting information, including use of relevant tools. Experience in HR would be an asset
  • Practical knowledge of statistics and statistical tools
  • Tech-savvy in data analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge and experience, including VBA knowledge, especially advanced excel skills
  • English at C1 level
  • University degree. A degree with specialization in data science, statistics, mathematics or similar fields is preferred
