Meet the team
Business process and system support team focuses on providing technical expertise in the area of finance and procurement systems globally. Daily we collaborate with stakeholders from Line of Business, various IT experts and Vendors, ensuring high quality support and communication while adding the excellence to every step of the process. 

What is the challenge? 

  • Resolving incidents and servicing requests related to Ariba, Concur, Docusign, VIM
  • Performing activities in line with defined processes, SOPs, KPI’s and according to knowledge articles and work instructions  
  • Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (phone /mail/ ticketing system) 
  • Contributing to identifying and driving the implementation of any improvements that help maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of support activities  
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for new catalogues or updates of existing ones 
  • Responsible for the analysis, verification and documentation of the RfC (Request for Change)  
  • Supporting Lundbeck community (i.e. training, user support) regarding: VIM, Concur, Ariba, DocuSign, E-sourcing activities, Spend reporting, KPI reporting 
  • Supporting system implementation, system upgrades and changes within Ariba, Concur, VIM and Docusign, acting as System Expert  


To be successful in this role, your experience should include 

  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferably with Procurement or Sourcing support function 
  • Understanding of key Procurement, Sourcing and Finance processes 
  • Fluent English 
  • Experience in using SAP system and/or Ariba platform or other procurement system
  • Technical understanding and desire to learn more 
  • Positive attitude and maturity 
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in multinational & virtual team 
  • Ability to deliver at high speed and cope with stress  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty 
  • Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver 
  • Able to communicate technical Great communicator – able to identify and manage various groups of stakeholders with diverse needs and tailor the message to respective audience
