Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As our Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leading Controller, you will act as a senior finance expert and trusted business partner to some of Lundbeck’s most senior stakeholders, including Executive Management members. You will provide operational guidance, knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring to more junior finance roles, while driving financial planning, performance management and strategic decision support across Enabling Functions, Global Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations. This is a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions through insightful analysis, business case modelling, and long-term planning. You will also contribute to global strategic initiatives, process improvements, and the development of Group Finance strategy. Through your work, you will help ensure that Lundbeck continues to deliver sustainable growth and make a meaningful difference for people living with brain diseases worldwide.

What you bring to the team
You are an experienced finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving business performance. You bring:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within controlling, finance, or accounting in an international environment
- Proven experience in financial controlling, business partnering, and supporting senior stakeholders in a complex international environment
- Strong track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing business decisions in a complex international environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with extensive senior stakeholder management experience
- Ability to translate data, business insight and risk assessment into sound, timely and decision-useful recommendations
- Ability to coach, mentor and support more junior finance roles through knowledge sharing and operational guidance
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, CIA) will be considered an advantage
- Fluent English communication skills (C1)

Annual base salary range: (246 000 - 338 360) PLN gross
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
