Your new role - why is this a great opportunity?
The main purpose of the role is ensuring on time execution of payments by working on open items and communication with vendors.
Main responsibilities & tasks:

Open Items Management – working on open items related to vendors’ accounts

Vendor Communication – maintain effective communication with vendors inquiries
-
Reporting and analysis – prepare regular reports on payables, outstanding balances and trends

Internal controls and audit support
-
Creating and updating Work Instructions and any knowledge management files

Initiating process improvements, participating in and leading improvement projects

Creating and effectively maintaining the relationship with stakeholders and Finance Director

Performing ad hoc or country specific activities

Maintaining daily workload within given Business Area

Handling most complex vendor and LoB queries and escalations received within given Business Area
-
Highly engages to the most complex projects assigned to team taking various roles, including leadership role and responsibilities

Acting as a support for Specialists and Juniors; introducing new joiners to assigned role
Your future team
As our Senior Specialist, you will be part of team who consists of around 20 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible e.g. for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.
Please be informed that we work in a hybrid model, including 2 days of homeworking and 3 days of office work every week.
What you bring to the team
Professional experience & knowledge:
-
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable team and/or Travel Expenses
-
Attention to details, focus on Customer experience
-
Continuous improvement practical experience
-
Knowledge of SAP FI (experience in Vendor Invoice Management is an asset)
-
Knowledge of Concur will be an asset
-
English B2 level
-
Spanish B2 level
-
Other European language knowledge will be an asset (French, Russian, Italian)
Education, certificates:

Higher university degree or last year of studies
-
Accounting course is an advantage
