Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable & Intercompany

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
The main purpose of the role is monitoring and performing chosen Accounts Receivable and Intercompany tasks:

Reconciling bank statements postings against general ledgers and clearing accounts together with reconciliation of intra and intercompany transactions

Calculating intercompany recharges

Performing intercompany month-end reconciliation

Invoicing intercompany and range of external customers

Performing collection tasks by contacting customers directly

Performing month end activities within Accounts Receivable and Intercompany areas

Ensuring efficient management of Lundbeck receivables

Preparing cash forecasts related to Accounts Receivable area

Maintaining customers` accounts and handling customer queries and reconciliations customers` accounts
Your future team
As our Seniors Specialist, you will be part of a team that consists of 11 people. Our team is part of the Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense and Treasury Operations processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world. In Accounts Receivable & Intercompany Team you will have operational responsibility for the specific countries and also provide support on other Business Areas to less experienced colleagues.
What you bring to the team

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Intercompany Team

Knowledge of ERP systems, preferable SAP Accounts Receivable/Intercompany modules

Proven experience in Accounting area and understanding of Finance processes design

English at B2 level
