As a Service Development Advisor at Lundbeck, you will participate in an initiative to evaluate and expand our GBS service catalogue, contributing directly to our strategic growth and efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to innovate new service offerings, optimize processes, and contribute to cost efficiencies, positively impacting our value chain. This is a permanent position, with a primary focus on a GBS Utilization across the value chain project until the end of 2026. Following this timeframe, you will be assigned to a subsequent role within GBS.
Your future team
As a Service Development Advisor, you will join a small, dedicated Service Development team of three members. You will collaborate closely with numerous stakeholders within GBS and across the entire company, ensuring alignment and managing impactful initiatives.
What you bring to the team

Minimum 8+ years of overall combined GBS-based experience (leadership experience is an advantage)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)

Effective communication skills (both in Polish & English)

Project Management knowledge (is an advantage)

Knowledge of SAP (is an advantage)

Participation in Transformative projects is an advantage.

Building very good relationships with senior and high-expectation stakeholders

Mature attitude towards difficulties and problem solving - being able to handle responsibilities on one's own and able to determine information needed to resolve more complex issues, manage stress effectively and cope well with setbacks.

Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, including self-development/research need to complete the same

Skilled at managing tight timelines and responding to changing priorities
