To help us deliver to our vision and ambition, we are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to help us maintain stability and usability of entire platform, across modules. Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
- Performing tasks related to 2nd lines operational support within Lundbeck ServiceNow services and platform; tasks include but not limited to:
- Incident management
- Data flow error analysis
- Administration and maintenance
- Service request management and user assistance.
- System error reporting and resolution in Collaboration with Solution Architect and Vendors
- Communication and updates to stakeholders
- Establish regular maintenance procedures and perform tasks to sustain platform performance.
- Lead the administration, development, operation, education, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop workflows, perform needs assessments, assist in solution development, and influence organizational change.
- Supporting activities related to release cycles from ServiceNow.
- Contributing to identifying and driving the implementation of any improvements that help maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of support activities, in collaboration with Global IT.
- Participating in Projects related to relevant areas of expertise, including supporting system implementation and new features.

As part of IT Platform Support, you will be an integral part of GBS IT organisation, working closely with Colleagues and Partners from Global IT and other Corporate Functions. What you bring to the team
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or similar role (3 + years)
- Experience in JavaScript or related application development
- Experience in ITSM, HR, App Engine ITOM, Software Asset Management, is advantageous.
- Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience
- Experience in support models and processes, building documentation and knowledge in working with third parties.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and communications tools including Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles advantageous
- Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (Advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management;
- Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving - being able to work with limited guidance and able to determine information needed to resolve more complex issues, manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks
- Being able to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
- Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
- Self-starter, curious and passionate
- Ability and desire to translate complex technical concepts to individuals at all levels of the business.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in multinational & virtual teams.
- Training and coaching skills
