- Workload & Resource Management
Plan, prioritize, and balance daily workloads across your team. Ensure resources are allocated efficiently, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements to keep operations running smoothly. - Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external partners. Act as a reliable HR advisor, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration with senior stakeholders. - Customer-Centric Service Delivery
Champion a customer-first mindset. Make sure every interaction delivers an exceptional experience for Lundbeck employees worldwide - Process & Compliance Leadership
Identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance the overall service experience. Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Your future team
You’ll join the People Services department within Lundbeck Group Business Services in Krakow. You’ll lead a team of around 10 passionate HR specialists who pride themselves on delivering high-quality service to colleagues around the world.
What you bring to the team
- 2–3 years in people management
- 5+ years of experience in HR Services
- Proven capability in workload management and effective resource planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate complex or challenging environments
- Experience working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday) and strong MS Office skills
- Ability to create structure in a changing environment
- English proficiency at C1 level
- A delivery-oriented mindset with accountability for service excellence
- Excellent planning, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive mindset – always seeking opportunities to improve processes and performance
