Purpose of the role
If you are curious about the specifics of various financial processes and you’re ready to start your professional journey within a global company – that’s great! Currently, we are looking for a person who would join us on an internship program for our Accounting to Reporting Team.
The job will be mainly focused on supporting the Accounts Receivable and Intercompany members in running daily support, including administering data in the systems, supporting daily accounting & payment processes for Lundbeck operated businesses in Europe, USA, and Canada.
Your job and key responsibilities:
- Financial data administration in SAP and other systems
- Supporting processing of automated and manual payments
- Supporting dedicated daily accounting processes
- Maintaining archives
- Supporting data clean-ups
- Prepare statistic and reports
Qualifications:
- Currently studying or freshly graduated
- Strong motivation to gain experience in the accounting and banking area
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical skills.
- Very good English (B2)
- Availability of 30 hours per week as a minimum
- Can-do attitude towards challenges and problems
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
- Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
- Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
