Purpose of the role:

The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain Master Data in the SAP system, including Product, Bank, Customer and Vendor master records.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (Cherwell/VIM/mail/phone)
Creating and maintaining Product Master Data
Creating and maintaining Bank Master Data
Creating and maintaining Customer Master Data
Creating and maintaining Vendor Master Data
Conducting Vendor evaluation process
Preparing standard and ad-hoc reports
Initiating and implementing improvements

Qualifications:

Masters or bachelor degree
Fluent English
1-2 years of work experience with Master Data function
Experience in using SAP system and Cherwell and Ariba platform
Caring for details
Able to meet challenges and problems
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
Team player
