Digital Solutions Specialist

We are currently looking for a qualified Digital Solutions Specialist to join the Lundbeck Canada Customer Engagement team. This position is permanent full-time located at our Ville Saint-Laurent head-office. The incumbent will report to the Director, Customer Engagement.
Your Position:
As the cornerstone of the Lundbeck Canada organization, the Business Effectiveness department strives to be the valued partner for all other internal departments, providing quality solutions and guidance that drive results.
As a key member of Business Effectiveness department and playing a critical role in the organization, the position of Digital Solutions Specialist will work closely with the Director, Customer Engagement and will have the responsibility to manage the development our digital platforms within the organization including, but not limited to, Veeva, Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This position is responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to implement and maintain our digital platforms and evolve our technologies to build best in class customer experiences.
This role will be the lead in working with our Lundbeck Global teams in Denmark and US, as well as, be a lead for cross-functional teams within the Canadian team to ensure we have the optimal platforms to lead us in our omni-channel journey.
Veeva CRM & PromoMats (50%)
- Lead the Veeva CRM & PromoMats strategy and roadmap for Lundbeck Canada that drives the Global Omni-Channel vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional Canadian teams to align and implement CRM & PromoMats business requirements
- Lead the Global CRM harmonization project for Canadian team aligning with Headquarters to ensure Canadian requirements are documented and shared with global teams
- Manage the day to day functions to support cross-functional teams needs including sales teams, medical and MSLs
- Coordinate training on CRM & PromoMats updates for both head office and field teams
- Act as the main local contact for Lundbeck Global support teams for all local Veeva project & local requirements
- Attend annual Veeva Summits and Headquarter meetings as required to stay abreast of new features, best practices and roadmap planning
Digital Solutions (50%)
- Lead and manage digital solutions initiatives for Lundbeck Canada that drives the Global Omni-channel vision
- Manage the implementation and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Lead the technology requirements, testing and updates of Progress in Mind Resource Center
- Collaborate with data teams for integrations, data structure and data requirements to ensure optimal set up for Business Insights platforms
- Coordinate training on any training requirements for cross-functional teams in the operation of digital platforms
- Act as the lead local contact with HQ in license counts, updates to platforms and local requirements
- Stay abreast of industry developments for strategic and long-term planning for technical platforms
- Oversee contract and budget activities with external partners as required
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role either in Pharmaceutical or Technology company
- Extensive experience Veeva CRM and Salesforce platforms is essential for this position
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry is required
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams is required
- High proficiency in Windows and the Microsoft Suite, especially with Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written)
