We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Rexulti to join the Lundbeck Marketing team. This position is permanent full-time in the Montreal Head-Office. The employee will report to the Brand Director.

 

 

Product Manager, Rexulti

 

Your Position:

The Project Manager, Rexulti, is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated marketing plan supporting the commercialization of Rexulti in the Canadian market, working with a cross‑functional team. Because this individual works in partnership with our co‑promotion partner Otsuka, he/she must demonstrate a high level of collaborative behavior and be comfortable working in a co‑promote environment.

 

Product management (40%)

• Implement an integrated marketing plan (includes advertising and promotion, direct marketing, sampling, social media, public relations, etc).

• Communicate the marketing strategy to those who are responsible for its execution (e.g. sales & training).

• Select, brief, monitor and manage suppliers contracted to provide services.

• Effectively manage the approved promotional budget and take responsibility for quarterly budget estimates and business updates.

• Shape the development and assist in the execution of market research activities designed to support and validate marketing initiatives.

• Ensure strong and coordinated cross‑functional work‑streams via the facilitation of a brand team.

 

Healthcare Communication (15%)

• Collaborate with the Healthcare Communication Manager and HCS Manager to support the development and implementation of the HC strategy at the national and regional level for Rexulti, including knowledge transfer to HC Specialists

• Support the ongoing development of national and regional opinion‑leaders in psychiatry.

 

Business Planning (20%)

• Manage and oversee internal commercial planning process (meetings, consultations, strategy sessions, timeline, etc).

• Develop short and long‑term revenue forecasts.

 

Team leadership (20%)

• Direct, supervise and coordinate Rexulti projects and activities.

• Lead the inter‑departmental Core Team for Rexulti .

 

Personal Development (5%)

• Development and implementation of Individual Development Plan

 

Position Qualifications:

  • University degree in communication, business and/or life sciences
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the Canadian pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of the CNS market
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and French
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong planning/organizational skills
