• Define KPI and reporting standards, oversee commercial data vendors and budgets, and partner with Global on Power BI and data platform development.
• Build commercial data literacy, coach others in analytical thinking and assess new tools, including AI, where they can improve commercial effectiveness.
• Ensure commercial data and analytics activities meet local and global requirements for governance, security, accuracy and compliance.
Your future team
You will join a collaborative Australian Commercial team and report to the Commercial Director. You will work closely with the Australian Leadership Team, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Medical and IT, as well as Global teams and external data and analytics partners. This is a highly visible role where your insights will directly shape priorities and decisions.

• Demonstrated commercial judgement, data storytelling and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
