Your new role
As Market Access Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and sustainable patient access to Lundbeck's innovative portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Market Access & Public Affairs, you will lead local market access initiatives across the product lifecycle, from launch preparation to lifecycle management.
Working closely with Global Pricing & Market Access and cross-functional colleagues, you will develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, coordinate submissions to French health authorities and generate the evidence needed to demonstrate the value of our medicines. This is a highly visible position that combines strategic thinking, external stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to support Lundbeck's long-term growth and, most importantly, improve patient outcomes.
The position is based in Paris, France.
Your future team
You will join the Market Access & Public Affairs team, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about expanding access to innovative neuroscience treatments.
Our team works in close partnership with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Global Pricing & Market Access. What you bring to the team
You are a strategic thinker who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and translate complex evidence into compelling value propositions.
You likely bring:
- A Master's degree in Health Economics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of the French pricing, reimbursement and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) environment, including experience preparing reimbursement submissions.
- Fluency in both French and English.
