Are you passionate about shaping healthcare policy, strengthening stakeholder partnerships and making the patient voice count? Join Lundbeck and help build trusted relationships that improve access to innovative treatments while strengthening our reputation across the healthcare ecosystem.
Your new role
As Public Affairs & External Relations Manager, you will play a strategic role in advancing Lundbeck's influence, reputation and engagement with external stakeholders. You will become part of our Market Access & Public Affairs organization, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about improving outcomes for people living with brain disorders.
We foster an open, collaborative and purpose-driven environment where expertise is valued, ideas are welcomed and cross-functional teamwork is essential. You'll work closely with colleagues across the affiliate and international functions, while enjoying the autonomy to build strong external partnerships and drive initiatives that support Lundbeck's long-term ambitions.
What you bring to the team
You are a strategic relationship builder with a strong understanding of healthcare policy and the ability to influence through expertise, credibility and collaboration.
You likely bring:
- A Master's degree in Political Science, Public Health, Pharmacy, Law, Medicine or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Institutional Relations or External Communications within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience engaging with public authorities, healthcare stakeholders and patient organizations.
- Strong knowledge of health policy, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications, combined with excellent communication skills in English.
As a person, you are collaborative, intellectually curious and confident navigating complex stakeholder environments. You build trusted relationships, simplify complex topics into clear messages and influence without formal authority. You enjoy leading strategic initiatives, balancing multiple priorities and working in a matrix organization while always keeping patients at the center of your decisions.
