Your new role
As Hospital Sales Representative, you will promote Lundbeck's specialty psychiatry and neurology portfolio across hospitals in the Liège, Namur and Luxembourg region. You will use strong clinical knowledge, strategic account management and customer engagement skills to deliver value to healthcare professionals while driving sustainable business growth.
You will develop and execute territory business plans, build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and nurses, and identify opportunities through data-driven insights. You will also apply your understanding of the local healthcare environment and therapeutic area to support the successful implementation of commercial strategies while ensuring full compliance with Lundbeck policies and local regulations.
The position is field based in the South-East Wallonia region (Liège, Namur & Luxembourg), Belgium.
Your future team
You will become part of Lundbeck Belgium's Commercial organization, working closely with cross-functional colleagues to improve patient outcomes in neuroscience.
You will collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Medical functions while contributing to a culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous learning. What you bring to the team
You are a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships and translating clinical knowledge into meaningful customer conversations.
You likely bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device or specialty healthcare sales experience, including hospital sales.
- Fluency in French with professional English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- The ability to meet healthcare institution credentialing requirements where applicable.
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You combine strong analytical thinking with commercial acumen, enabling you to identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans and execute them successfully.
