Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

We offer you a super exiting job opportunity in our MES programme, which is implementing PAS-X on our production sites in DK, France, and Italy. You will be able to make a significant impact on the technical direction of the programme and in shaping the outcomes. 

 

The MES programme covers all our production processes from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) to Finished Goods Production. The first production site went live summer 2023, and the last site is planned to Go-Live summer 2025.

 

The main tasks our MES Specialist will be:  

  • Overall technical responsible PAS-X Solution implemented globally at Lundbeck sites
  • Define strategic direction within MES /PAS-X in Lundbeck as PAS-X will be a key future component 
  • Support local implementations on Production sites as Global MES SME
  • Trouble shooting  
  • Technical risk management of PAS-X System landscape
  • Support MES System Manager
  • Facilitate PAS-X knowledge build up and -sharing
  • Be Lundbeck’s Go-To person in the MES Space  

 

Your future team

You’ll be joining a newly established department called Manufacturing IT/OT, which is working globally and anchored in the production organization in Valby. Besides operation of production IT/OT solutions, the team defines and execute the IT/OT roadmap supporting digital transformation of production in Lundbeck. This is done in close collaboration with our stakeholders in Production and Global IT. The main elements in our team culture are:

What you bring to the team

  • Engineering degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or similar)
  • Proven experience with implementing MES / PAS-X in GxP environment
  • Great knowledge of integrating PAS-X Solutions with Production equipment 
  • Good understanding of MES interfacing systems e.g. SAP, LIMS
