Your new role
Facilitate and maintain optimal market access for Lundbeck Region North and Central Europe and alliance products within the region, with a focus on strategic oversight and regional coordination.
As Regional Market Access and Pricing Manager you will become a focal point for all countries and local teams by ensuring that the right patients get access to Lundbeck’s medicines. You will secure valuable relationships, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, so that Lundbeck is visible and stays relevant.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Market Access Leadership, including:
- Developing and leading the implementation of regional market access strategies for existing products and new products in the neuro rare space.
- Maintaining market access for Lundbeck and alliance products on optimal terms across the Business Area.
- Analysing and interpreting country-specific market access systems to identify strategic opportunities and gaps.
- Developing and implementing regional engagement plans for interactions with key market access stakeholders (HTA, payers, patients, clinicians).
- Leading and managing a team of Market Access Managers across the region, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Coordination and launch planning of new products across the region, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Shaping, developing, and implementing pricing strategies, including support for local negotiations to maintain target pricing and secure reimbursement.
- Operational support, including:
- Assist country teams with brand value communication tools and training.
- Ensure compliance with regulations for plans and submissions.
- Support the preparation of local reimbursement documentation (HTA dossier, model, BI model).
- Facilitating patient access across Region North and Central Europe
- Stakeholder Engagement and Insights:
- Secure payer insights for market access plans, value propositions, and global insights through payer advisory boards and other sources.
- Maintain a network with Global Market Access teams and alliance partners to influence global market access strategies.
- Guide interactions with key external market access stakeholders in countries.

Region North and Central Europe is part of International Operations, and our office is located in Valby, Copenhagen. Together with our teams in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland Benelux, Switzerland & Austria, we are a dynamic group of over 100 people. Our lean organization fosters agility, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit, enabling us to respond swiftly to market changes and deliver impactful results.
The position reports to North & Central Marketing & Market Access Director based in Valby.
This position can be based in one of the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland Benelux, Switzerland & Austria and we are open to consider applicants from across the region.
What you bring to the team
- Proven experience in market access and pricing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in regional role and market access strategy development
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of market access systems and pathways in the neuro rare space is a plus.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required.
