We are seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance and PV Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Compliance and PV Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing local compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that all employees are trained and aware of the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure all promotional and non-promotional activities with HCPs, HCOs, PO, and patients are conducted according to internal and external compliance policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to create a culture of compliance in the organization.
- Conducting regular internal audits to identify areas of risk and potential non-compliance.
- Overseeing pharmacovigilance agreement requirements in relation to marketing activities.
- Ensuring adherence to GDPR requirements for data protection and privacy.
Your Future Team:
Join a dynamic commercial operations unit of about 30 members that drives business efforts for Switzerland and Austria. The position is based either in Vienna, Austria or Zurich, Switzerland.
What You Bring to the Team
Must have Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulatory frameworks and guidelines specific to Switzerland and Austria.
- Basic understanding of GDPR and its implications for data privacy.
- Basic awareness of pharmacovigilance principles and practices.
