Student Assistant, German-Speaking (m/f/d) – Part-Time 10–40% | Opfikon (Zurich, Switzerland)

Your new role

As our German-Speaking Student Assistant, you will support our team with administrative, organizational, and documentation-related activities. The position is initially offered for one year and gives you the opportunity to work alongside different business functions, including Marketing, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create, maintain, and update various lists and documents using Microsoft Office
  • Support the digitization, organization, and archiving of documents
  • Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Office applications and internal systems
  • Provide ad-hoc support to different functions, including Marketing, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales
  • Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks as needed

 

Your future team

You will join a small and collaborative team based near Zurich Airport and work in an international environment. Through your day-to-day activities, you will interact with colleagues from several different business areas, giving you broad exposure to how different functions contribute to our work.

 

We offer flexible working hours by arrangement, with compensation on an hourly basis. The varied scope of the role gives you the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience alongside your studies.

 

The position is based in Opfikon (Zurich, Switzerland).

 

What you bring to the team

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Confident use of Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • A structured, accurate, and reliable approach to work, with the ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with flexibility and a proactive, hands-on attitude
