We are now looking for a Senior Global Leadership Development Partner to join Global People Development within Global Talent.
Your new role
In this role, you will help shape and advance Lundbeck’s global Leadership Development agenda and further strengthen our Enterprise Leadership foundation.
This is a high-impact global specialist role with broad organizational exposure and the opportunity to influence leadership capability priorities across Lundbeck.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and People & Culture, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable leadership development approaches and capability-building initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and long-term growth.
You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capabilities across Lundbeck and enabling leaders to act as multipliers of performance, capability, and culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and evolving Lundbeck’s global Leadership Development strategy aligned with business priorities
- Strengthening the Enterprise Leadership foundation and shaping leadership capability priorities across Lundbeck
- Designing and scaling impactful leadership development offerings and development experiences across levels and geographies
- Driving modern and scalable development approaches, including blended learning and 70/20/10 methodologies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders on leadership topics and development approaches
- Defining success measures and using data and insights to continuously improve impact and outcomes
Your future team
You will become part of Global People Development within Global Talent, part of People, Culture & Sustainability, where we work to strengthen leadership, capability, and growth across Lundbeck globally.
We are building a modern and scalable development approach that supports both our business strategy and our people ambitions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across People & Culture, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and functional learning teams globally.
You will work in a highly collaborative and strategically oriented environment with broad exposure across the organization and close partnership with senior stakeholders globally.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You are curious, collaborative, and motivated by strengthening leadership capabilities and enabling organizational growth. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and know how to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and drive leadership development initiatives in a global organization.
You likely bring:
- Experience within Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Experience designing and implementing leadership development strategies and scalable learning solutions
- Experience translating business priorities into leadership capability initiatives and scalable development approaches
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence in a global organization
- A collaborative and data-driven mindset with the ability to connect development initiatives to business priorities and outcomes
- Experience with leadership frameworks, executive facilitation, coaching, high-potential development, leadership capability building, or behavioral change initiatives at scale will be considered an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree within HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred

Annual base salary range: 786 000 - 1 081 300 DKK gross
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
