Senior Global People Development Partner

Are you passionate about shaping how people grow, learn, and build capabilities in a global organization? Then join Lundbeck’s Global People Development team and play a key role in shaping the enterprise capabilities, development architecture, and learning culture needed to support Lundbeck’s long-term strategy and growth.

At Lundbeck, we are committed to advancing brain health and transforming lives. As a focused innovator in neuroscience, we are driven by curiosity, accountability, and adaptability — and we are looking for colleagues who want to make a meaningful difference for people living with brain diseases.

We are now looking for a Senior Global People Development Partner to join Global People Development within Global Talent.

Your new role

In this role, you will help shape Lundbeck’s enterprise-wide People Development agenda with a strong focus on capability and skills building, employee development, and scalable development approaches across the organization.

This is a high-impact global specialist role with broad organizational exposure and the opportunity to influence capability priorities across Lundbeck.

As Senior Global People Development Partner, you will define and drive key elements of Lundbeck’s global People Development agenda and help strengthen the capabilities needed to support future business performance and growth.

You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, organizational capability building, and people development, translating strategic priorities into scalable development approaches and integrated development experiences across the organization.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business and People & Culture, you will help strengthen learning culture, future readiness, and long-term organizational performance through impactful capability-building initiatives for employees and individual contributors globally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and evolving Lundbeck’s global People Development strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Building enterprise capabilities and skills that support organizational performance, growth, and future readiness
  • Defining and scaling enterprise-wide capability-building approaches and development architecture across the organization
  • Driving a modern and scalable development ecosystem that embeds capability building into the flow of work
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across People & Culture and the business to create integrated development experiences
  • Defining success measures and using data and insights to continuously improve impact and outcomes

Your future team

You will become part of Global People Development within Global Talent, part of People, Culture & Sustainability, where we work to strengthen leadership, capability, and growth across Lundbeck globally.

We are building a modern and scalable development approach that supports both our business strategy and our people ambitions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across People & Culture, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and functional learning teams globally.

You will work in a highly collaborative and strategically oriented environment with broad exposure across the organization and close partnership with senior stakeholders globally.

Our team culture is characterized by collaboration, curiosity, and a strong commitment to development — both for the business and for each other. We value diverse perspectives, knowledge sharing, and creating an environment where people can grow and succeed together.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

You are curious, collaborative, and motivated by strengthening organizational capabilities and enabling organizational growth. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and know how to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and drive enterprise capability initiatives in a global organization.

You likely bring:

  • Experience within People Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise development strategies and scalable development approaches
  • Experience translating business priorities into capability-building initiatives and integrated development approaches
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders in a global organization
  • A collaborative and data-driven mindset with the ability to connect development initiatives to business priorities and outcomes
  • Experience with enterprise capability building, employee development journeys, organizational capability transformation, integrated development ecosystems, or large-scale capability initiatives will be considered an advantage
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree within HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred
