Your new role

As our Senior Strategic Finance Partner you will act as a trusted partner for our leaders in Group Finance, our CFO, as well as stakeholders across the organization.

You will drive strategic projects focused on value creation, such as strategic long-term plan, alternative financing tools, as well as business development projects. You are also expected to proactively identify areas for improvement, challenge the ways of working, and bring innovative solutions to life.

This role requires strong ability to manage projects, translate complex topics into concrete actions, and connect with people.

Your future team

You will be part of Strategic Finance, a team of 5 colleagues with diverse and international experience. As a team, we are responsible for spearheading strategic projects, support our Executive Leadership Team, engage with the business to enable effective capital allocation, deliver insights and facilitate strategic decisions to execute on our Focused Innovator strategy.

This role also provides a broad exposure to stakeholders across various functions, and provides a great opportunity to advance your career in one of the only pharmaceutical companies focusing exclusively on brain diseases.

The position is based in our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

We imagine that you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant roles (e.g., finance, consulting, portfolio management)
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical industry and understanding of pharma value chain and portfolio management
• Experience with business development projects
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate complex projects, uncertainty and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear, high-quality materials for senior stakeholders
• A MSc Degree in Finance, Business, or other relevant academic degree
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Annual base salary range: 786 000 - 1 081 300 DKK gross

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
