Student Assistant, HR Business Partnering

Do you want to support a strong HR Business Partner team with both day to day task and more long term projects? Are you looking for gaining practical experience with People & Culture, business partnering, organisational development and employee lifecycle activities

 

Your new role

The Student Assistant supports the People & Culture Business Partnering team with coordination, preparation, follow-up, and light administrative tasks. The role helps ensure that team meetings, people processes, and day-to-day team activities run smoothly.

 

The role will provide general support to the full Business Partnering team, with a particular focus on assisting the People Partners in preparing materials, coordinating activities, tracking actions, and supporting simple operational tasks.

  • Team coordination and meeting support
  • Support to light operational and administrative tasks
  • Assist with coordination of recurring P&C processes such as performance, engagement, talent, onboarding, organizational changes, or employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of templates, guides, process overviews, and communication materials.
  • Help ensure that information is organized, up to date, and easy for the team to access.
  • Help improve simple team processes, document structures, and ways of working.

 

Your future team

 

You will join a team of highly experienced and independent people that work closely together with senior management across Lundbeck. We have an informal way of working together and you will also be part of the broader P&C team – and work together with the full team of Student Assistants in P&C. From time to time you will cover for other Student Assistants and will thus be in touch with other parts of P&C.

 

The position is based in Valby, Denmark.

 

What you bring to the team

 

  • You are preferably enrolled in a relevant master’s degree, preferably first year, within Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in People & Culture, HR business partnering, organizational development, leadership, and employee experience.
  • Some previous student job, internship, or project experience is an advantage but not required
