Project Management Office Lead
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Management Office Lead to join our Service Excellence & Innovation Team. If you are passionate about building high-performing teams, driving large-scale transformations, and shaping how project management is executed at an enterprise level – this role is for you.

You will be responsible for building and scaling a modern PMO function, leading strategic initiatives, and enabling transformation across the organization through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the Project Management Office within Lundbeck GBS. You will play a key role in building a scalable project management capability, ensuring excellence in delivery, and driving enterprise-wide transformation.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring that projects deliver measurable business value.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering a strong delivery culture
- Build and scale a modern PMO, defining standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
- Drive consistency and excellence in project delivery across strategic initiatives
- Lead selected high-priority, enterprise-level transformation projects
- Ensure effective tracking and reporting of project performance and value realization in collaboration with Data Analytics
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, including senior leadership

Your future team
You will join the Project Management Office, part of the Service Excellence & Innovation team at Lundbeck GBS Krakow – a team at the heart of driving transformation across the organization.
Our focus goes beyond traditional PMO activities. We are building a modern, high-impact PMO culture, leading end-to-end system and process transformation, and supporting the execution of Lundbeck’s long-term strategy.
You will work closely with Global Process Owners and Digitalization Experts, combining business and technology perspectives to accelerate implementation of automation, AI, and innovative solutions across GBS.
This is a highly collaborative, forward-looking environment where we don’t just manage projects – we shape how GBS evolves and scales globally.
What you bring to the team
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project/program management, including complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in leading PMO structures or project teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, MSP or equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience, including team development and coaching
- Experience working in SSC/GBS environment is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of change management and project lifecycle
- English at C1 level

Nice to have:
- PMP, MSP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certifications
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
